Really bad service no response to emails, phone line cuts you off, have sent a formal letter for my refund within 48 hours, I will not order from here and I recommend nobody else does very very POOR

Leaving a review here to highlight concerns as i have noted this company appears to go via many names but trades as 'everyday meds' Awful dishonest company. They used to fulfil orders however given the number of people complaining about not receiving orders or refunds i also need to add my concerns. I have also had to formally request a chargback via my bank as i have been waiting for a refund for over a month. Apparently they have issues.with their repayment system. (LIE!!!). There are many other medical providers that provide a reliable and honest service. These guys try to get you by knocking a few quid off. Really not worth the stress and uncertainty. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Update. I have reported to my bank and requested a charge back. I urge other customers to do the same if waiting for a refund. I have also submitted a complaint to the General Pharmaceutical Council highlighting the failure to complete orders or pay refunds!! My mum L Oliver has had medication pending distribution for nearly 4 weeks now - do not use people!!!! She is also owed a refund for a different order for a month too!! Scam scam scam scam scam

Ordered my medication 10 days ago still no delivery or even a date despite all the emails and messages I've sent them cant get threw on phone calls would never use this company again. I've contacted my bank to get a refund.

Ordered Mounjaro , took ages to be accepted so cancelled and requested a refund and after completing refund forms twice I’m now on week 3 with no refund and being told the same everytime I contact them ‘ refund is being processed’ very disappointing

Do not go near this company. Long wait for delivery on time sensitive medication. Should have learned my lesson, but latest order, after around 7 days waiting, they cancelled my order with no reason, and stated I would receive my money back within 10 working days (14 days in reality). Obviously they took my money immediately on my order but won't return it for around 24 days. Disgraceful. Please avoid using this joke of a company

Terrible company - promised to refund me and have not responded since. These people are con artists.
