Not a fan of puppy pads for potty training. Wish it had more about outside potty training.
Response from everydoggy.comSep 4, 2026
Hello Ashley, Thank you for your feedback! Potty training is most effective when approached step by step. Puppy pads can be an important first step for helping a puppy understand where it is appropriate to go, before gradually transitioning to outdoor potty training. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it into consideration as we continue developing and improving our training content in the future. Best regards, Everydoggy

Nur Spielereien. Kein Verhsltenstraining.

This app is a damn scam! They charge you for a subscription you can not use because it says” they don’t have an account associated with that email”. So I’m tired of being charged for something I am not using, I don’t even plan on using it. I just want my damn momey!

Further to my review dated 10th July and your response on 24th July, I have now emailed the address you provided. I would point out that I have already emailed that same address twice previously and received no response. Please check your inbox, my latest email was sent today at 12:41pm GMT. I expect you to read it and arrange the immediate refund of £186.93 that I have requested. I also expect you to ensure that no further payment is taken from my account on 27th August. Given that I have repeatedly raised this issue and have been unable to access the service I have been paying for, taking yet another payment would be completely unacceptable and would only further reinforce my concerns about the way your company operates. Please action the refund and cancellation without further delay.

Hello Sarah, We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced, especially after having contacted us several times and being unable to access the service. We understand your concerns and appreciate you following up with us. We’ve now canceled your subscription, and we can confirm that no further payments will be taken from your account. We have also processed the refund you requested. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear back on your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. We hope this resolves the issue, and we sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience caused. Best regards, Everydoggy

I signed up for Everydoggy about 3 weeks ago to help train my 4-month old toy poodle. It was a trial option at start and then I moved to the quarterly plan. What I love about this app is that the video lessons are clear and so easy to follow. My dog picked up the "leave it" command much faster than I expected, though the leash-pulling lessons are still a work in progress for us. Overall it's been a super helpful way to train my dog at home without expensive dog coaches. I only wish that the program was a little bit more personalized and not that expensive.
