Looks like I'm not the only one affected by this company. Firstly, I wouldn't recommend the service as this material is freely available on YouTube through other users (Will Atherton for example). I opted not to continue with the service. I now realise there is a hidden subscription, but not only that, the company fails to notify you of renewal or even set up the account for you to cancel this. Having challenged them in this, they've just emphasised that it was my fault, but haven't answered any of the additional points.when I showed evidence that I wasn't receiving the provisioned service, they failed to acknowledge it but activated the app anyway and insist that I pay for it. Manipulation of access is very concerning. They then mislead, saying your subscription expired & give a welcome back offer, but charge you anyway for a subscription longer than the original term. Genuinely avoid

DO NOT USE!! Same as others…takes money out your account on renewal but says an account isn’t associated with the email. Once I worked out how to cancel it they still took the money after the trial period. I proved I cancelled the subscription prior to contacting them for help and they refused a refund. Absolute scam. Disputed the payment through my bank and got a refund after they refused.
