Worth nothing without Brian
Every single one of these reviews was written before they let go of their biggest asset. Brian is the company. He is the brain, heart and soul of it and the most knowledgeable person in the field I’ve ever met. Since the new people took over it’s been awful. Change from pharmacy to pharmacy with different medicines and dosages so everything is inconsistent. I can’t get real answers about my products. It used to be great but now I’m so out.

MD, This reply is months overdue, and that's on me. I read your review when it went up; I should have answered then. What you describe - pharmacy switches, inconsistent dosing, the loss of a clinical relationship that was working - is not the membership we promised. Transitions are real, and they land hardest on the members who built trust during an earlier chapter of this company. I'm not going to explain that away.
