Dawn, thank you. You put your finger on the thing that matters most to us, which is that the baseline comes first. Hard to personalize anything without knowing where someone actually stands. On the digital side, there’s a good amount in the works and you’ll be seeing it. We’re never done building, and the same goes for the rest of the experience. We want every part of membership to feel worth it. Thanks for the recommendation, and for taking the time. In Health, The EverSpan Life Team

Craig, three weeks in and already noticing a difference. That's a good sign. MJ takes her time on the front end for exactly this reason, so the plan actually fits the person instead of being something generic handed over at the end of a call. Thanks for the recommendation. Glad you're with us. In Health, The EverSpan Life Team

Tyler, thanks for this. Six months in and still telling people about us means a lot. Good news on the app front. Wearable integration is coming, so whether you're on Oura, Apple, Whoop, or Google Health, that data will feed right in and you'll see how the day to day is actually moving. We've got improvements in the works across the rest of the experience too. We're never done building, and member feedback shapes what we prioritize, so keep it coming. Glad the packs and the texting are working for you. And on following the plan, nobody does it perfectly. MJ would rather hear what's realistic for you and adjust from there. Lily - this one means a lot coming from someone with your background. Anybody who works in healthcare has seen the version where results get handed over with a "everything looks fine" and that's the end of it. Our team won't do that. Everyone should walk out actually understanding the picture, and it sounds like that landed. We'll be sure she reads this. In Health, The EverSpan Life Team

Two exclamation points. We'll take it. MJ digs in like that with everybody and it's nice when somebody says so out loud. Sending this her way. Thanks for the kind words Annabel! In Health, The EverSpan Life Team

Thanks Eddie. Six months of steady work is no small thing. Gianna and the team put together the personalized plan and the check ins, but you put in the action and the follow through. That combo is exactly how this is supposed to go. We'll make sure she sees this. Happy to have you with us. In Health, The EverSpan Life Team

"Unstoppable" is a great word to read on a Friday. That shift you're describing, going from being handed instructions to actually understanding what's happening in your own body, is the whole reason we built this. And yes, Gianna is a rockstar. We'll tell her you said so. Keep going Karen. We're right here. In Health, The EverSpan Life Team

We are so glad to hear! MJ really does want to hear what you're thinking, whether that's ideas you're bringing in or just "here's what's going on, help me figure it out." Both work. She'll meet you either way. Thanks for sharing and writing this Aja. Means a lot. In Health, The EverSpan Life Team
