Evernorth left me a voicemail to call them. Apparently they need a consent from me for something. When I called back they had no idea why I was calling them. It took me 20 minutes to get a live person. Totally waste of time.

One star is more than enough. This company is taking always more than one week for processing orders and always delays the medication deliveries. It is almost impossible to speak to a human being. If your order is in the weeks of processing and delivery you cannot get any medication from a local pharmacy because they will cancel your order. Best advise: avoid doing business with them.

Horrible experience. Went to a stomach specialist had my stomach and colon scoped.they prescribed me stomach medication. Evernorth said tell couldn't fill prescription. So my stomach was on fire for a week do to their incompetence. So my doctor called it into Meijers.filled same day.cinga is a rotton insurance company.HIGH DOLLAR FOR LITTLE HELP!!!!!!!

I laughed when I saw how Evernorth advertises every minute counts. I have spent over 8 hours on the phone and 6 weeks trying to get 1 refill at their “Accredo Specialty Pharmacy”. It has been beyond frustrating.. living with a severe chronic illness and dealing with this company. I’ve been told 3 times that it’s taken care of and that I’ll get a follow up call. Nope. What I do get is automated calls to refill my prescription constantly, without them correcting my copay which is the issue. I have thousands of dollars from the pharmaceutical company to pay the copay yet they cannot get it correct. I do have to say they and Cigna are the worst health companies I have ever worked with. Also one prescription that Cigna will only let me fill there is $221 a month for a copay. By not using insurance it’s $50 a month at Walgreens. Crazy and Crazy making. Run do not walk to somewhere else if possible.

Evernorth isn't even worthy of 1 star but you can't make a review without clicking on it. This is the most pathetic of companies, ever since they took over Express Scripts it had been one denial after another, I am so tired of wasting my time writing appeals. All of a sudden they deny my FreeStyle glucose monitor that they covered for more than a year. Now I have to be on diabetic medication to get it covered (yeah, no thanks!) instead of trying to get my A1C down through being able to monitor my diet. Sad to be living in the US, working hard and paying for a pathetic healthcare system that would rather have you medicated than healthy. Good luck getting anywhere with their outsourced non English speaking agents.

When Evernorth took over Express Scripts they dropped the automatic payment method in place for years. I had a valid credit card as payment method, but two months of invoices went unpaid without me noticing. I got a message to pay with an actual threat to stop future prescription processing. A real nice thank you for your service as a veteran. I found their errror and corrected it. They should get paid now. This military benefit is starting to stink, as I've been filling prescriptions at a local grocery for far less, even for 90 day prescriptions.

They don’t even listen or read prior authorization paperwork. When I called to ask what are my next steps to get a prescription covered I was told basically don’t bother to appeal because they will just keep denying it. I think there should be a bit more digging into this company by the insurance commission.

These guys have been a problem ever since Tricare forced them on us. They run out of supplies, charge more and basically tell your doctor what to prescribe...their customer service is next to non-existant...they don't listen! Can't wait until Tricare dumps them! What a way to treat your veterans.
