I’ve had express scripts for years. I guess Evan North took over. I just called my primary care physician and had my prescriptions transferred to Walgreens. Delayed in shipping delayed delayed delayed now I’m out of my maintenance medicines. And have to go to the pharmacy anyway I’m through with express scripts. Walgreens and Amazon pharmacy that’s what I’m staying with.

They have kept my prescriptions “in processing” for months to the point they then refused to fill them because I had been off the medication too long (even though I had been halving old leftovers I had found just to have something. ) After Dr. sent new PA & renewed Rx 2 weeks ago, they are back to “processing” it again, perkily claiming there are no issues & nothing else for me to do. Except die, apparently. That is their obvious goal.

I would give negative two stars if I could. Absolute joke of a company. Please be better.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Late four times on a med that was only needed FOUR TIMES. Absolutely no reason for this.

Ever since Express scripts was bought up by evernorth, I believe it's called. There is such a delay in getting medication. Even when you talk to them and they're like. Yep I'm doing everything to make sure it goes out. It has literally been tracking on their side is process and shipped out, but it's truly only had the tracking label printed from the United States postal service perspective so it still has not gone anywhere and they forced me to put a physical address even though I only had a PO box and they're sending it through USPS. Thank goodness I live in a small community so they'll know to get it to me. But the process is the lack of concern about getting medications out. That's your only job and everything else. Next year I will be using my local pharmacy for every medication I'm not dealing with this ....

Worst customer service ever. AI is not working for Evernorth. All I want/need to do is talk to an actual person and then after jumping through the prompts/hoops I finally get a live for real person….that has such a heavy middle eastern accent that I end up hanging up and calling back and waste another 45 min. all in the hope of getting an associate that I can understand even if they’re just barely understandable.

0 Stars. Worst medical company I have ever dealt with. Tech support is abysmal. Only way to contact them is by phone, and it takes 20-40 min to get a human. Then an obviously uneducated & poorly paid remote worker asks a bunch of questions to verify you > then they say you've reached the wrong dept (which is laughable as they only have 1 phn # you can call ie to reorder meds, thus 1 dept) > so they transfer you to another dept > and you wait another 20-30 min to get another human, all the while being forced to listen to the worst elevator music you've ever heard > then they re-ask you a bunch of the same questions to verify you > then good luck getting anything accomplished after that. I’ve spent months and 20+ hours on phn with them, and they still mail my meds via USPS, which require a signature. Since my building has a mailroom & USPS does not deliver to your front door, they mailman always leaves a note saying attempted delivery failed due to signature is required. So, I never get my meds, as they are always shipped back to sender. Totally worthless company, run obviously by idiots.

Was pushed to move my script here so it could be filled once every 90 days. Both times it was sent with 10+ days left of medication, both times, nothing was done with it in "processing" for so much time that I ran out of medication before it even shipped. Do yourself a favor, if its a medication that can only be filled every X number of days, just go local. They don't care about your health. Just your wallet
