I am so impressed by the quality, colors and the care that your team took to produce my patch design! Thanks to EverLighten’s amazing embroidery skills, they look exactly like what I was hoping for! I’m so glad I found your company and greatly appreciate the excellent customer service and communication you provide. I can’t wait to design more patches and will definitely be back.

They were able to provide amazing service, the prices were affordable, and the products were top-tier quality! I'll definitely look to order more socks from them!

Vendor was not able to produce badge to the quality level we were expecting. The stitched letters were too irregular.

Hi Roger, We are very sorry we didn't meet your expectation. As you know, we are very patient and really want to make it perfect for you. We have made 6 revised samples for you. But your design is just impossible to make the stitched letter exactly the same as artwork (as you know it is stitched. Stitched letter is different from printed letter). Thank you. Best, Sara from Customer Care Team

Very disappointing experience with Everlighten. It took me nearly a month to receive my order of one item. I was never provided a tracking number for my purchase. Multiple phone calls and emails were exchanged and I was told when the package was out for delivery I’d receive a tracking number. That didn’t happen either. As far as quality goes the image printed is mediocre and I could find the same brand of socks at Walmart. Do not recommend.

Hi Jordan, I am really really sorry to hear that you have a very disappointing experience with us!! This is obviously our mistake. I am really really sorry! I have spent 4 hours this week coaching the customer service rep who assisted you. I am really really sorry. In order to show our sincere apology, your next two orders (same quantity as your first order) with us will be totally free if you may give us another chance. Quality of product is excellent, and customer service responsiveness was timely and helpful when shipping questions came up. I had to ship to a number of different countries, and they were able to assist with all of them.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. From the start to the finish of my project everything was outstanding. The finished product was exactly as expected. It was so nice to deal with a company that was so responsive and customer service oriented.
