We recently migrated our site to Everleap from a different hosting provider. This was for a subscription-based web site that provides a Line Of Business application for small businesses. We were able to complete the migration and be live on the new site in 3 days. Throughout the migration process I had many occasions where I needed to contact Everleap support for assistance. In all cases, the Everleap support team responded promptly with very clear and helpful communications. The level of support I received helped greatly to streamline the process of migrating our site. For ongoing maintenance I find the Everleap control panel to be very easy to use. Tasks such as restoring a database from backup can be completed without intervention from Everleap support staff. Based on my experience so far I give Everleap 5 stars.

I recently migrated my site to Everleap. My site is an old DNN site that has never been updated. Once the site was migrated, Everleap being an up to date and progressive site brought out all the old problems with my site. I thought they would tell me I'd need to find another host company. I'd already tried 4 other companies that didn't even know how to migrate my site. I even had it in my mind that they would tell me I'd need to update my site to be compatible. I certainly couldn't afford that. Instead, they worked on my site until they got it working correctly. I know it took many hours. My site has a lot of sections. They would get one section fixed for me, I'd work and find a problem in another section. This happened 3-4 times. Each time, no negative attitude. They quickly got right on the problem and were happy to work with me till they got it working correctly. What I've found at Everleap is a group of guys in the support department who are very knowledgeable and happy to do their job. Also what I've found are wonderful partners and what I hope will be a forever home at Everleap. barbie

I've used Everleap for hosting .Net applications for several years and I'm always impressed by their quick, friendly and thorough support. It's apparent that they're not working to close a ticket, but to fully understand and resolve my issues. As a developer, I've found their multi-site option to be an especially good value. Their excellent site admin tools and options for scalability, security, and back-up services also make Everleap easy to work with.

I've been with Everleap since their beginning and before with DiscountASP.Net. Their experience and knowledge in the business allows them to provide us developers an awesome place to host our apps and cloud services. They've really simplified the process of 'spinning up' another database or website. And, I can take them down just as fast. And, when I need help their support staff is quick to reply to my call. I've reached out to them late at night thinking I'd hear back in the morning but to my surprise, someone's there responding. As a developer, I'm so thankful to have all the staff at Everleap there to help me with my hosting and database needs! Everleap ROCKS! Please keep up the GREAT work!
