This bank has HORRIBLE customer service. I have been locked out of my account for four days, and no one will help me. I keep being told that someone will contact me, but no one has followed up. It is HORRIBLE and honestly scary that they can lock your account and prevent you from accessing your own money.

I found EverBank through CHATGPT looking for a good HYSA to move my money to start earning interest on my money . The account was fast and easy , they even offer me a checking account to move the fastest if i needed it , but when it was time to move the i had no options to move it . I call customer service who sad my account was flagged and someone would call me within 24-48hrs . Then they locked my account so i couldn’t even see my money no more . I talk to serval agents they gave me the run around a few agents where helpful but mostly gave me the run No one call me back with the time frame they gave me . So today i call back and spoke with a guy name Austin . He told me that my account would be shut down didn’t give me no good reason, his attitude was horrible. He said they would mail me a check back within 7-10 business days Horrible experience, idk why they closed my account , the money i transfer came from my legit chime account .

This bank wants to do things their own way without concern for normal ways of doing business. They force users to compromise convenience and privacy to gain access to an account. They appear ignorant of more modern ways of providing secure and private banking, and are trapped into a narrrow-minded methodology.

I’m just gonna be straightforward. This is the most shittiest bank I’ve ever had deposit money at their ATM at the bank my account is at.Here it is 72 hours and My money still hasn’t cleared into my account to be honest worst bank ever.

Opened new account in less than 2 months, visited 2 times and CS Ashely can't tell me my up-to-date balance. They are ignorant, unskilled, back-biting and attacking customers as their defense mechanism and inner collusion. My 3rd visit is to close account and got verbal attack by 25-day-hired new manager! I ran as fast as I can!

I got my EverBank card and trying to activate but all I get is We are unable to process your request try again… try again later

I've continuously had issues accessing my account as well as transferring my money. The customer service has no urgency to assist you. They tell you they will call you back on why you're having issues with access to your account. The transfers get stopped. After reading many other reviews I should have never opened an account here. I will have to close this account as this bank can't be trusted in my opinion with money.

Wanted to trust this new bank, but everytime I have any new transactions (opening a CD, etc) they have always make mistakes on my name on the statements. The manager Jury Zamora (at the 6001 Geary Blvd, SF branch) and his associates are all scatterbrains. The manager should be accountable for his actions and perhaps the associates can follow his guidelines. Do not trust this bank with your money.
