We were attracted by the CD rate advertised by Ever bank. We visited their Rowland Hts. office and were warmly received by the staff there. The front desk officer Caherine Chan is friendly and professional. She explained in great detail with patience about CD and money market funds. We walked out from the bank with both CD and money market account opened. We genuinely recommend Ever Bank to our friends and colleagues.

Just wanted to share some love for EverBank. I have several products with them and they have great rates and amazing customer service. I am always able to get a hold of an agent quickly when needed and the interactions are always positive. The digital experience is tables takes - not outstanding but you can easily do most things you need to online.

I opened my accounts several months ago to take advantage of the interest rate for savings. I also needed a new bank that is not California based so decided to try this one after reading about it on a couple financial/tech blogs. Was very easy to open accounts and move money from my primary bank to Everbank. I have not had the need to contact customer serviice so can't comment about that and have not made any withdrawals at this point either.

I moved a large portion of my savings to Everbank because of the great yields. The experience has been good. The web site of not as sophisticated as other banks, but it is fine.

After researching virtual banks, I selected Everbank. I read a ton of bad reviews for them and many other similar banks. My experience with Everbank has been exceptional and I can be a tough customer. Their customer service has been excellent and their online tools are really good. I am replacing my big, legacy bank with them for high-yield savings and checking.

This is one of the best banks I have ever had. They have from day one allowed large mobile deposits when banks that I had accounts with for years would not. Love them

I have opened more than a dozen online HYSA. EverBank has to be one of the easiest opening account processes I have ever encountered. Being a Florida resident, and EverBank being Florida based, and offering one of the highest HYSA rates, I opted to open an account online. The application asked the standard questions, with nothing overly intrusive. I did not need to send a picture of my D/L, or actually any documentary ID. I set up my external account, and funded my new account from that F.I. during the application process. My account was immediately approved. Although I knew this was a Florida based bank, what I did not know at the time was they have a branch in my city. So, not only do I get a top tier interest rate, I have immediate access to my money. Speaking of the branch office. The one in my city is like a boutique private bank. The branch though small, is well appointed. There are no tellers' windows, just offices. They have a guard on duty, although the branch is certainly not in a high risk area, actually quite the opposite. That was an aspect of banking I had not experienced in quite some time. So, for me, EverBank has everything I could ask for in a bank.
