I ordered a cooler and was genuinely surprised at how well it works!! In this Australian heat, it’s exactly what I needed. I ran into an issue where I was sent the wrong cartridge, and the customer service team (particularly Anthony!) was so incredibly nice and helpful. It was fixed and a replacement was sent quickly. Thanks so much & I genuinely do recommend if your thinking about checking it out!

I approached the customer service team, via email, when I had an issue with my new evaChill unit. They responded within a or two and were extremely helpful and worked to resolve my issue very quickly. Once the solution was decided it was a matter of days before it was actioned. Very happy with the over all response and timeliness.
