This company took my order and charged me for a product that they did not have in stock and made no indication that the product was unavailable. They refused to make a partial delivery of the product they had. Additionally they never notified me of the fact that they did not have the product.

Evacuumstore.com engages in false advertising practices of their vacuums. They also have terrible customer service. Tried reaching out to a manager to resolve with no result. The only reason I went with this store was Evacuumstore's "60 In Home Trial" for Miele vacuums which they are trying not to honor.

Poor Customer service : Roller brush part number listed on their website description under Electrolux Model J MFG in 1974 is for a PN4 power nozzle, there was only a PN2 power nozzle sold with the model J. Ordered wrong part based on their website information. I tried to get them to correct misleading website and list both numbers under the model J and they refused. So now i have to pay for return shipping on wrong part. What a poor way to do business! What happened to the customer is always right. K. Frederick

Ordered Hand brush for Electrolux. Talked to online customer service told him what machine we had and he stated the brush would fit the hose. Received the brush and it does not fit, so I called and wanted to order new one and return the unused brush. Since I did not order through the rep only talked to him over the phone then ordered online they said the shipping was on me. I will not order from them again and will have to pay $20 bucks to ship a $48 item They have a attitude when I called and acted like I ordered the wrong part. Not sure how they stay in business with service like this. This is the first review I have posted on any website in the last 10 years I just did not want someone else to make the same mistake I did.

Their return policy is awful. My mother paid for a vacuum and received the wrong one. She called to try and resolve it and got little help. In order to get the vacuum she wants she would have to pay the shipping cost of the one she received. Why?

Customer service was unresponsive and rude. They billed my account twice and hung up on me when attempting to clarify why two charges occurred on my card account (as cleared through my bank). There were also three attempts to clarify whether an item was in stock. There was no receipt emailed for the status for any transaction, just multiple charges. To follow upon this. I spoke with my back and they confirmed the information related to the account being billed for two transactions. The bank was able to clear things up for me in a matter of minutes.

I could not be happier with our experience ordering from evacuumstore and working with their customer service. We ordered a replacement powerbrush for our old Honeywell central vac (no longer made and evacuumstore had the cheapest compatible replacement option). We ordered an Electrolux powerbrush that was supposed to be compatible with our system. To my initial disappointment, it didn't work at first. When I called customer service, they put "Dave" on the line and he figured out the probable issue was a blown fuse in the hose power cord (checked power coming out of hose and as he suspected, there was no power). He quickly helped me order a new cord and sure enough I'm back in business with a working powerbrush. Thank you, Dave!

After purchase, very poor communication from customer service. when I finally got a response, they said they couldn't provide a tracking number as they did not even have my item in stock. Now waiting over a week and not even shipped yet. I could have got from Amazon in 2 days for a few bucks more. Avoid this company
