Ordered a vacuum part, my account was charged and I have yet to see the part a month later. Can't get ahold of them either. I never even recieved a confirmation email.

I wish I could click ZERO stars. I needed a vacuum cleaner immediately. The salesperson, Sean, said it would arrive the next day, two days at the latest. After 6 days of waiting and no package I called the store....surprised to find that they never even sent it because they didn't have it in stock! Dishonest sales person, more concerned with making a sale. I'd never use them again

Rude, condescending, bothered by calls for clarification. Website is misleading. They decided during COVID they would no longer take returns - which then bumps customers out of their "30 day" return policy. This company is corrupt and ill-managed. Items received 2 weeks late, NO instruction manual, NO receipt. I didn't look at the reviews - but it's no wonder over 30% of reviews are only 1 star. I'm giving one star, because ZERO or HALF are not options.

Do NOT buy from evacuumstrore! They are horrible to deal with. They shipped us a vacuum cleaner that does not operate as described. They clearly state that they take returns in 14 days. They have used the COVID-19 virus to suspend any refunds or returns. I clearly understand the reason for not accepting returns, however they changed the policy after shipping the product! I highly suspect they will be out of business very soon. Do NOT buy from them! Edit: evacuumstore has agreed to take back the vacuum. They are not issuing credit right away. I hope when this COVID-19 situation settles down, they will get back to normal.

Bought an Electrolux vacuum hose from them. It went bad in December 2019. Contacted the service department and was told it was under warranty and send it to the repair facility at my cost, Braintree Mass. Sent it in January and was receive from UPS by Donna on Jan 20, 2020. I have called several times and talked to the service department and was told buy Donna that she had ordered a switch for the hose.. It is now April 1, 2020 over 2 months and no hose and no replacement. I called the sales department talked to Raymond and was told to wait and see if it got repaired. No repaired hose and no replacement. terrible service department and worse repair facility. How do these people stay in business and how does AB Electrolux let them handle their business with all these bad reviews?

Had ordered a piece for my vacuum. Says it would be delivered within a week or so. It’s been literally a month and NOTHING! very disappointed!

My bad. Did not check other sources for the needed Genuine Miele bags and HEPA filter for my vac. Same items on Amazon were 55% cheaper with next day delivery. Waited 6 days to receive from evacuumstore. Cold military style customer rapport. Lesson learned. Bye!

I needed a roller brush and belt for my Bissell Cleanview Pet vacuum. Of course I tried to find them at Bissell first, but they were out of stock. I found the evacuumstore accidently while looking online for other sources for my parts. After reading the reviews, I found exactly what I needed. Ordering was easy, my parts were delivered promptly and I’ll order from evacuum store again!
