I called your 800 number before I ordered and was told I could not order the part from her that I had to do it online. I told her my model# and the part I needed and she assured me it would fit. It does not fit so I just returned it.

I received a new motor for my 21 year old Electrolux vacuum and my husband installed it and it works great again. I also ordered vacuum bags and filters and received everything in one box. Thank you for not wasting several boxes. My order arrived quickly and customer service was very helpful.

came quickly price is good hoses and brushes less than optimal but fine for the price. Hold on to your old brushes and rug heads they fit and work better than the newer ones. Good seller

I was skeptical at first because I didn’t know the website, but they were the cheapest and they take PayPal and I trust PayPal. I’m glad I did. I even got a better product than I would’ve gotten off of Amazon at a cheaper price. Thanks, I will be buy my replacement parts here for now on.

I order two replacement parts for a vacuum cleaner one came in as order the other one was no in the package. I called customer service and was told the other part would be mailed out immediately. That was a week ago and I m still waiting for the part. No email was sent with a tracking number or any conformation that part was mailed. However the part has already been paid for. The person from customer service was friendly and I though at the time helpful now not so sure.

I had a little trouble finding compatible bags for my older vacuum because of unclear info with model numbers. But I think the bags I chose (my best guess) are working well
