Easy to find the vacuum bags I needed. Shipped and arrived quickly.

Everything about this transaction was super simple. Shipping was very fast, the packaging was excellent! Prices are great.

Unfortunately, the Miele Classic C1 Pure Suction Canister Vacuum model did not work on my carpets. I was disappointed!! Before ordering, I did call and asked few questions, including if that model had a roller brush - no roller brush, I was told and that encouraged me to order it. But... the sticky strip on the bottom of the attachment head made it impossible to glide over my rugs. Amazing suction - I was very impressed! Customer service was good, but returning was on my own and it was expensive! I'm not sure I'll consider another model.

Great pricing, availability, and quick delivery.

The latch was broken and they had the part to repair it. Wonderful

Great prices for parts and fast shipping… love that we can get replacements on Miele parts.

I called to make sure that I had the right replacement part and the rep was able to confirm quickly. She helped me place the order and receive a discount. Very quick delivery.

Excellent item at a fair price, and fast delivery.
