My Second Order For A 20 Ft EV Extension Cable Was Very Poorly Packed Arriving With A Banged Up Shipping Box. First Order For a 40 Ft EV Extension Cable Was Also Arriving With A Torn Up & Ripped Box Which I Reported To Your Company. Even The Postal Clerk Said That The Box I picked Up Today When Through A Workout. Amazingly Both Items Appeared Not Damaged.

Product seems solidly built, worked right out of box, is a fraction of cost of OEM product, and was shipped quickly.
