I have had a Euromax canopy which I like especially its frame, but the canopy tent did not last as long as others I have had. I ordered a replacement tent for my Euromax pro, and had a chance to test it under normal rain this week. The result was very disappointing. The canopy leaked at every seam. I called the company and they wanted me to know that the tent was “water resistant” but not “water proof”(none of those statements were evident in the description of that tent when I ordered it). Mine couldn’t resist the water from what I see. I asked for a refund and a return label. and they said I was to pay for the return shipping . What is a tent good for if not for keeping the rain out!?? Why make a great frame and then put a cheap tent to destroy the reason to buy one? Eurmax does not seem to understand that art work cannot be exhibited under a strainer !! I want my money back and they should pick up their cheap canopy which is not even worth the gas to the UPS store.

Don't get me wrong, their product is exceptionally good. We have a 10x10 standard for 2 years. It's about the best we have seen but that's not the problem. The real problem arises when it get damaged. Completely our fault, not theirs. a pet snapped a one of the legs. You can easily find and order parts online BUT since we don't live in the USA you cant order them. No shipping to Canada (or anywhere else I suppose) So when you want a great canopy, see a good price in Canada and the product name is Euromax, Run. DON'T BUY IT! Heaven forbid if you need a part, your not getting it!

Nice tent until it rains - useless customer service. I purchased the 10x10 canopy with screen panels for a little over $400. The tent was fine until it rained (general rainstorm, about 1/2", no wind). The frame collapsed because the fabric is too flexible. The water does not run off the edge of the canopy. Rather, it pools on the canopy. The frame is not strong enough to withstand this. I emailed customer support, no response. I called 800 number, no response. I called 626 number, and they told me "it is not a permanent structure, so it is not designed to withstand rain". They refused to refund my money.

You know a company is no good when they can't even respond to the Business Bureau. Check out their track record there. MY SECOND EURMAX TENT This is my second EURMAX tent. I had mostly good experiences with the first. I’d recommended Eurmax for years to all my maker and artist friends, but I do not recommend them for their product or their customer service, at this point. QUALITY My previous Eurmax tent lasted for 6-7 years. It was sturdy. The canopy material was thick, sewn up well and resistant to rain. I replaced this first tent only after the legs began to rust. Appearances are important in my business, so I couldn’t have a rusty, dirty tent. The most recent tent was noticeably flimsier, lighter and worse in quality. It didn’t come with stakes (no one answered my email about that at the time). The weight bags are flimsy nylon rather than the heavier material. Luckily I saved those bags from the last tent. DAMAGED The new tent came with a DENT in one of the legs. I was going to suck it up until I noticed a HOLE in the canopy, which I discovered only two shows deep in the season when it began to rain. I remove the canopy to store and follow all instructions, so this is disappointing. NO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE Worse yet, I’ve been trying to contact Eurmax for over a month now. No response. I finally submitted a complaint through the BBB. To both the BBB's shock and my disappointment, they didn't even reply. The BBB shows this is a common occurrence with this company. No contact, no resolution, no customer service. OVER A YEAR NOW (QUALITY) I'm still living with the chaos of this low quality, damaged tent. EURMAX has clearly scaled down in quality. This tent, though the same "commercial" label, is lighter in weight and flimsier in design. PAINT ON METAL The paint coating hardly covers the metal, which has allowed it to RUST with just a few days of humidity. (Are you kidding me? I had the last tent like 5 years before this happened.) The paint color used to be gray but it is now a dirty off-white color. CANOPY and WALLS Canopy and wall fabric is thinner. My canopy came with a small HOLE/tear in fabric (which they won't even respond to.) Water seeps right through this fabric anyhow. Touch the tent fabric from inside and you become wet. It gets everything it touches wet. WEIGHT BAGS The weight bags are a joke (super thin.) The previous tent had thick vinyl bags with sturdy Velcro. TRAVEL BAG The main bag only opens part of the way now, instead of curving to the front, so getting the tent back in its bag is more of a struggle. The wheels constantly come apart and need to be screwed in. Not convenient at all. Overall, this company does not deserve the business. The decline in quality is tangible and with no customer service, not sure how they are still operating.

I got my canopy a few weeks ago and the setup is very simple I can put it together by myself in just a few minutes and it makes my market days so much easier I like that it folds back down fast when I need to pack up

I bought a blue canopy from Eurmax in May, and I have been using it at farmers market to sell my products, and the canopy has been performing great! What stands out to me is that the color of the canopy never fades and it stands among other canopies. It is definitely worth the price because it attracts so many customers for me!

I ordered a standard 10 by 10 canopy on their website, and it came with slight dents on the leg which didn’t affect the use. But I requested a new set of legs through customer service, and they sent me a new set very quick. The overall quality of the canopy is great, and I would purchase again.

Ordered an umbrella on eBay first, they sent me the wrong color and gave me a discount to keep it, It was navy blue. I took a chance on Euromax website to order a black one, it was processed in a day and a half and at my house two days after that, looked great and save $20 over the price on Amazon
