We recently bought our Euhomy portable fridge for use with our Pennine camper and it performed brilliantly during a very warm 3-day camping trip. The fridge cooled down quickly, stayed consistently cold throughout the weekend, and ran efficiently from our leisure battery and solar setup. It had no problem keeping our drinks and food properly chilled despite the high temperatures. What really impressed me, however, was the customer service. The small chain that prevents the lid from opening too far was damaged on arrival. I contacted the company and received a response quickly. A replacement part arrived within a few days and was very easy to fit. The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free. It's refreshing to find a company that stands behind its products and deals with issues so efficiently. Overall, we're extremely pleased with the fridge and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Great performance, good value for money, and excellent customer support.

It is an awesome machine for the cost. Exactly as advertised and the 2” square cubes just scream “gourmet ice”. It woudl be great if the storage compartment could be frozen storage but I simply set a timer (or get notified through the app when four cubes (two cycles) have been made to transfer them to my freezer. I assume having a frozen storage would increase the size and cost. It is surprising how quickly you can build up a supply of fancy ice for cocktails.

I have never worked with a company who provided such a fast responds to our concerns. We loved not having to ship our icemaker back and wait for repairs. Truly a company who stands behind their product. If you’re looking to purchase a great machine and a great company buy today ! Thank you Chris we appreciate all your help.

The Euhomy nugget ice maker I purchased is working well. It was easy to set up and is proving to be much easier to maintain than the GE Opal ice maker it replaced. I’m looking forward to many years of service from this machine!

After 2 weeks of getting a Euhomy nugget ice maker, it was making loud clicking noises, even though I would run the cleaning process every 2 days and turning off the machine each night. I contacted customer service about the issue and had a quick response on a resolution. The service was prompt and professional, and my issue was resolved with a replacement unit sent to me. Euhomy truly stands behind their products and I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

A couple months after buying my ice machine it stopped working and started making a weird sound. I tried cleaning and restarting and all the tips n trick in the book. Finally I messaged euhomy about my warranty. Everyone was very helpful and quick! Customer service was great. Once I sent in proof pictures, my new ice machine was sent almost immediately. I even got a check up to make sure everything was running good (thanks Chris). Also I love the ice this machine makes. I've purchased others but these make very solid small ice cubes.

I was having an issue with my Euhomy Nugget ice maker. I contacted the support email after reading the manual that came with the ice maker, I sent in my 1 year warranty info, copy of receipt and a video of what it was doing. I got a response within a few hours, even though it was on a Sunday. Lily and Chris were both very professional and informative. They gave me a solution and requested additional information. I sent it back and they immediately resolved my problem in a positive way. I wish all companies were as efficient and helpful as Euhomy was. Their customer service is exemplary.
