Very happy with this purchase. Makes ice quickly. The ice is slow to melt. I turn off machine around 9:00 pm and I have still had ice left in basket when I got up which would have been around 9:00am. Great purchase and would recommend this brand to anyone.

I purchases a spherical ice machine, which had a manufacturing defect. Nothing big, just a loose microswitch in a location that would require the disassembly of the unit to repair. Euhomy decided to send me a replacement machine that arrived in 3 day. My interaction with support was a pleasure. They have a friendly staff that still believes that customers are important. The machine itself freezes 4, 2" balls of clear ice every 15 minutes. One tank of water makes 25-30, 2" balls of slow-melting ice. A water line (provided) can be installed that automatically fills the water tank. I'm very happy with my purchase and buying experience
