Rapid shipping, great item. Thanks!

We loved this machine until it just stopped working. Even though we were given a warranty, customer support has not helped us fix our printer and it has been sitting idle since May. I would highly recommend finding a different brand despite the low price and good reviews. We have talked to many owners who have had the exact same problem as us. The printer just stopped printing one day. We were told to fill out a 23-page survey to get help. We did that and then they asked us to fill out a 32-page survey with technical information that we do not know. Now we own a really amazing printer that does nothing. To top it off, Eufymake "does not allow users to leave reviews on their website"! This is insanity.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — and we're truly sorry that your printer has been sitting idle since May. You loved this machine, and it should still be working for you. We understand how disappointing that is, and it's not the experience we want for any of our customers. We also want to sincerely apologise for the process itself. Being asked to complete lengthy technical questionnaires is not how getting help should feel, and we hear you clearly on that. We'd genuinely like to change this for you. Our senior support team would like to personally review your case and get your printer working again — or work out a resolution you're happy with — without any more unnecessary back-and-forth. So we can help right away, could you please reach out to us directly at [email protected] and mention "Trustpilot review"? We'll prioritise your case and assign it to a senior team member who can guide you step by step. Thank you again for your honest feedback — it helps us do better. We're committed to making this right, and we're sorry for the frustration and lost time. Warm regards,
Joe
I'm sorry to say that, like many larger companies, it feels as though once they become successful, customer service begins to decline. We had a print head start leaking. After inspecting it, we found the leak was coming from the clear plastic/glass section of the print head where the ink is dispensed. We contacted Eufy support and ended up going through what felt like an endless chain of emails. It became so frustrating that I was close to throwing the machine in the trash. After reviewing multiple photos we sent, Eufy finally acknowledged that the print head was defective and confirmed they would replace it under the 90-day warranty. While waiting for the warranty replacement, we decided to purchase a second print head for about $600 USD so we would have a spare if this ever happened again. Two weeks later, the print head we purchased arrived, but the warranty replacement never did. When we contacted customer service to ask where our warranty replacement was, we were told that because we had already purchased one, that was considered our replacement. Seriously? What happened to the 90-day warranty? Why should buying a spare part out of my own pocket cancel the replacement I was promised for a defective product? Those are two completely separate transactions. To make matters worse, I also purchased Eufy's extended warranty. After seeing how they handled a simple 90-day warranty claim, I have very little confidence that the extended warranty will provide any real value if I ever need it. The product itself has potential, but the warranty process and customer service left me extremely disappointed. I hope Eufy reevaluates how it handles legitimate warranty claims because this experience has seriously affected my trust in the company.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're genuinely sorry for the frustration this has caused. We also apologise for the long back-and-forth before your print head was confirmed as defective. That process should have been smoother, and we're committed to doing better. We'd like to make this right and review your warranty replacement properly. Could you please reach out to us directly at [email protected] and mention "Trustpilot review"? Our senior support team will take personal ownership of your case, look into the status of your warranty replacement, and give you a clear, honest answer — without the endless email chain. Your feedback about the warranty process has been shared with our leadership team, because your trust matters to us, and we want to make sure legitimate claims are handled the way you deserve — including under the extended warranty you've purchased. Thank you again for your honesty. We're sorry we let you down, and we'd welcome the chance to put this right. Warm regards,
Debbie W.
WARNING TO BUSINESSES AND HOBBYISTS: Widespread EufyMake E1 Defects & Support Stalling Loop I purchased the EufyMake E1 UV Printer deluxe bundle with a Premium Care Package in May for nearly £3,000 to run my business and for my hobby. The machine has been a complete failure. Under production pressure, it cross-contaminates internal inks, turning my prints green, purple, yellowish or just nothing like the colours in the design and the paid AI software constantly errors out. On other community forums, I see I am absolutely not alone. Widespread reports show hundreds of users experiencing failed printheads, mechanical issues, and severe software bugs. This machine was clearly rushed to market and is completely unfit for commercial use. I have formally invoked my legal rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 to reject this equipment and demand a full refund. Instead of processing the return, customer support (Ticket ANKER-TNS4510778365) is using deliberate stalling tactics—demanding I spend hours uploading project files and printing CMYK charts to keep me trapped in a technical support loop. They've had me going back and forwards with numerous emails. I refuse to let my business or my hobby sustain further losses. If EufyMake management does not contact me immediately with prepaid return labels and a full refund, my husband is initiating a formal Section 75 dispute through the credit card company for breach of contract. Potential buyers, stay away! I’ve only given this one star because the site wouldn’t let me leave 0 stars

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're genuinely sorry for the frustration and disruption this has caused you and your business, and we take your feedback very seriously. We'd like to give you some clarity on where things stand: your full refund has already been approved, and prepaid return labels have been issued. We're sorry that finalising the return logistics has involved more back-and-forth than it should have and added to your stress — that is not the experience we want for any of our customers. Your detailed feedback on the print quality and the Studio has been passed directly to our engineering team, and it will help us improve. We stand firmly behind our products, and when a machine doesn't live up to expectations, it's our responsibility to make it right. So we can complete your return without any further delay, our senior customer service team would like to assist you personally. Please reply to your ticket (ANKER-TNS4510778365) or contact us directly, and we will prioritise resolving the remaining details of your collection and refund right away. Thank you again for your honesty. We're sorry your experience fell short, and we're committed to making this right for you. Warm regards,"

eufy make studio program is not good, the camera is not accurate , ai contour recognition always fails messing the print, the ink is 4-5x more expensive then other uv inks, 100% regret getting it

I can only advise against it. After 4 months, my print head is defective. The print head is the most expensive part—at 599€—and it only comes with a three-month warranty from the date of delivery. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t even bother hoping for goodwill. I was also supplied with cartridges that had a short shelf life. Never again.
