Patagonia is the most virtuous brand in the world! All income goes presently to the planet. Their products are incredible. Well done and practical for sports. The endure all hardships. When they are broken they are mended for free. They trade in all used items. They last 20-30 years and still look good. BUY PATAGONIA two minor details: 1. the color palette is not as good as it was (instead of their incredible color combinations, now horrible pastel tones) 2. the US and the EU website do not sell the same choice and US website does not ship....

Quite simply, I ordered some trousers (Quandary Pants), they came in a timely fashion and were just as good as the last ones I had. I've always had good products and good delivery from Patagonia, so that gets 5* in my book.

Très déçu par le service client Le produit était cher et fragile ; il a commencé à s'abîmer en moins d'un an. Le service client m'a répondu qu'il s'agissait d'un article fragile et délicat, dont la durée de vie n'était pas censée être longue. Alors pourquoi le vendre comme un produit résistant ? J'attendais mieux de la part de Patagonia. Apparemment, j'avais tort. À l'avenir, je chercherai des marques qui offrent un bon service client.

I WAS a regular customer of this brand. I was a loyal customer because I thought it was as ethical brand. Today I've learned that they are taking action against an eco drag queen. Very ethical. Deleted from my saved list and I will never consider making a purchase from these people again.

Ze zijn helemaal niet duurzaam bezig. Als je reperatie verzoek indiend krijg je een DHL verzend label die niet werkt. Verspilde tijd om mijn item intepakken en het printen van het label. Patagonia reageert niet op mijn email dat het label niet werkt.

L’esperienza con il servizio clienti di Patagonia è stata deludente. Dopo aver acquistato un capo da €300 ho chiesto la sostituzione con uno da €230 più adatto alle mie esigenze. Il customer service ha autorizzato una procedura “straordinaria”, ma solo alla fine ho scoperto che la differenza di €70 non sarebbe stata rimborsata. Nella risposta ricevuta mi è stato confermato che in futuro indicheranno meglio questa condizione, riconoscendo quindi che non era stata comunicata prima. Peccato che, nonostante ciò, non sia stata presa in considerazione una soluzione equa anche in via eccezionale. Da un brand con questi valori mi sarei aspettato maggiore trasparenza e attenzione verso il cliente.

Uhyggelig ringe kvalitet! Tager skyhøje priser, men kavliteten er så ringe, at man skulle tro de bestilt på TEMU! lynlås på trøje går i stykker efter 2 gange, brugt max 5 timers sammenlagt. Reklamation?? De vil have man skal betale for at få fejlen udbedret, selvom man tydeligt kan se, at det IKKE en fejl opstået ved uhensigtsmæssigt brug. Aldrig nogensinde mere billig bras fra Patagonia!!

Embarrassing customer service. Bought 3 hoodies for my kids for Christmas present. However I got a down jacket and a thrift. After a longer (2 months) quarrels with image and tags information etc. they send me a returnlabel to return the items. On the 15/01/26 I sendt the items back. They were delivered on their hub on the 17/02/26. Now 28 days later I have stille not got my refund. No communication, no information at all, despite sending 5-6 messages. Never again would I dare buying online or Patagonia at all.
