This review from me is for the Morphe US website. Y'all are the bomb! Recieved my package within days of ordering and everything works perfectly and looks fabulous! (I ordered 4 Jeffree Star Products) 5 stars and will continue shopping on this site (this is my third order and they've always done me right) thanks Morphe and Jeffree Star Cosmetics. Yall are the real MVPs getting things shipped on time during all this craziness. Would give Morphe US site 10 stars if I could! xoxo

I looked at these reviews only after ordering, so I was horrified and expected the worst. Other than the package being stuck with Hermes for about 4 days, which is understandable right now, everything went smoothly! It took 8 days from ordering for the package to arrive via DPD. The eyeshadow wasn't damaged, the package was sealed and padded well.

J'ai passée ma toute première commande chez Morphe post 11 mai. Le site indiquait au début 48h de livraison puis une fois la commande validée, mail reçu en spécifiant "suite à Covid - délai de traitement de 21 jours". Et là je me dit Mince! Puis je vois les avis Morphe sur ce site et je me redis Mince! Trop tard... Et à ma grande surprise et satisfaction, j'ai été livrée en moins de 15 jours avec un suivi Hermès impeccable. Produits bien emballés, et bien sur de très bonne qualité. Peut-être la chance du débutant... En tout cas, satisfaite et surtout excellents produits (et ce qui ne gâche rien, avec un code promo...) Bon courage à celles et ceux qui attendent, je pense vraiment que c'est un site sérieux qui a du mal à absorber les multiples demandes faites pendant le confinement (nous n'avions que ça à faire: passer des commandes et espérer qu'elles arrivent en 24/48h comme en temps normal avec Chronopost). Je repasserai commande volontiers

I've purchased a few times from morphe and the products have always delivered and proven to be competitive in price. But what has impressed me the most id the customer service they are always polite on the phone and email response time is fab! recently I returned a parcel via Hermes which was lost, morphe refunded me the amount almost instantly without any hassle. Shoutout to Izzy for her wonderful and polite tone.

J’avais eu une très mauvaise expérience avec une commande faite sur leur site Internet pendant le premier confinement. Cela avait pris plusieurs mois avant de pouvoir trouver une solution (avec de l’acharnement). Mais une solution a été trouvée et j’ai bien reçu ma première commande. Je préfère rester indulgente sur cette première expérience étant donné qu’on était confronté à une situation sans précédent. J’ai donc réitérer une deuxième commande il y a de ça quelques jours, et tout s’est bien passé. J’ai bien reçu ma commande conforme et est été livrée dans les délais :)
