Le relais de livraison a été respecté en fonction de la situation actuelle, soit 20 jours. Colis retour vers l'expéditeur comme ils ont mal écrit mon adresse. Je trouve ça inacceptable.

J’ai commander mes pinceau le 15 mars on est aujourd’hui le 5 mai et je ne l’ai toujour pas reçu ... Je suis tres décu sachant que je n’est reçu aucun mail pour m’informer !

I placed an order of six products on the 23rd of March and the order still has not arrived. I have tried to reach Morphe over email from two different accounts multiple times, no answer. They have my money and I have gotten nothing but disappointment. Does anyone know if it is even possible to get ahold of them? I am fully aware that it takes longer to get orders nowadays but over a month?? It has clearly been lost? Isn't easier and saves them money in the long run for them to just answer and replace the products than to get bad reviews and angry costumers? They probably don't care about my order but it seems like I'm not the only one who is not ordering from them again...

Morphe seems unreliable. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered anything. I placed my order on April 10th and my parcel was supposedly sent to the delivery company on April 24th. Since then I haven’t received any updates. On morphe’s website it said the estimated delivery would on the 28th, then the 30th (which didn’t happen). Sent them an email and didn’t get any response. Definitely doesn’t give off sense of security to the costumer, especially after reading all these reviews of people going through the same issue. Lost goods, no answers, people who never received their packages and lost their money... terrible.

I: Where's my order?!?! on April 2nd I placed an order from you for € 58.00. On the 13th, having received no news, I wrote you an e-mail, you sent me a message and the delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, April 21! I wrote you Again on 28th an email but none answer me, I went to check with the tracking number and it turns out that the package is still on the road !!!! I would like to know how things are? ? !!, order num. EU388719 if I have no answer I'll write everywhere on FB, Instagram.. About my story!

Temps de livraison très lent, produit arrivé très endommagé, service client incompétent qui met énormément de temps à répondre. Acheter un produit pour qu’il arrive défectueux et qu’en plus le service client ne répond pas alors que je l’es harcèle de mail. JE DIS NON !

Bonjour , j’ai passé ma commande fin mars , j’ai reçu plusieurs mails me donnant des dates de livraison. La dernière date reçu était le 21 avril, depuis plus rien. Mon colis n’est toujours pas arrivé pourtant le mail dit le contraire. Je ne comprend pas ou est passé ma commande.
