Dårligste service!!! Bestilte en pakke 6 april, og har stadig ikke modtaget min pakke. Jeg har skrevet til dem flere gange uden noget svar! Total ringe

Je ne suis pas du genre à mettre de commentaires mais là j’ai passer une commande il y’a un mois je n’est toujours rien reçu ok avec le covid-19 sauf que la plateforme n’en verifie meme pas le code postale ni la ville car dans la livraison le code postal ne correspondait pas à la ville je court après un colie qui aux final reviens aux destinataire il n’y a aucun avertissement conservant cette commande alors je suis dans l’attente car je ne trouve pas de service client français et j’ai un mail mais qui n’est même pas sûr d’être celui là et de plus ont m’envoie un mail pour savoir ce que je pence des produits !!!

Très mauvaise expérience. Je vous déconseille de commander chezu eux. J’ai commandé le 1er avril, je n’ai eu aucune nouvelle depuis. J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails je n’ai eu aucune réponse. Aujourd’hui j’ai appelé (à mes propres frais, de la Belgique à la France ça a quand même un coût) on m’annonce que le colis leur est retourné et que mes produits ne sont plus en stock!!! Donc ils vont procéder à un remboursement! Donc si je n’avais pas appelé je n’aurai eu aucune nouvelle aujourd’hui encore le 14 mai 2020! Je ne commanderai PLUS JAMAIS CHEZ MORPHE!

Absolutely terrible, I my order got shipped over a month ago and it’s still nowhere to be seen, I’ve sent multiple email and tried calling them and haven’t received any answer. Their automatic reply for delivery enquiries are to contact Hermes directly at the same times and Hermes wants you to contact the retailer. No one is taking any accountability and I think I’ve just lost 50€.

I ordered a palette over a month ago and still haven’t received it!! I have emailed Morphe several times and the only response I’ve had is what is your order number so I have given it and had no reply then again I got sent the same email about the order number so I sent it again and still no reply I have basically just wasted £30 and it was a birthday present as well I’m am very upset and disgusted with the lack of customer service and will not be using there service in the future.

Minus 1 star I would give. Well, great products but horrible customer service. To order through the website it's a nightmare.No update on orders. Nobody will contact you back if you have questions, and nobody will answer on the phone, only the robotics system.

0 stars would be more appropriate. I placed a 101 euro order on 12/4/2020 (EU412524), which was supposedly shipped on 1/5 (who works on 1/5?) but nowhere to be found. That one has got some things meant as a gift to my daughter, and that is the reason I haven't cancelled it yet. Then, as they announced more offers,and naive as I am, on 8/5 I placed another order (EU462237). Of course, no one responds to emails. I have paid 160 euros and still waiting. I wonder if they even exist, or if it is a big scam. Thank God Paypal does exist. If this goes on, I will ask for a full refund.I am just so sorry my daughter will be disappointed... It's just no good treating people like that. Update: Just because I do not want people to be mislead. After I posted a review for their american site, I did get everything (by almost June).Morphe also apologised, giving me a discount for a next order due to my trouble, which was nice. Nice gesture, but still... I have changed my rating for their american site, though, as I think they have helped me get my orders.
