Received a item damaged, they said I had to pay for the return.. they changed their mind after I threw lots of legal jargon at them. Avoid this company like the plague. Abysmal customer service.

Ordered in July 2020 and have been sending emails to customer service since the beginning of August. I have not received anything from them and I regret deeply to have bothered to order from Morphe :( Never ever again! Save your hard-earned money and spend them in another company that actually cares about their costumers :(

Apres 20 jours d’attente j'ai envoyé un mail pour demander où était mon colis car selon le lien du suivit, il était retourné au client. On me propose un remboursement, que je devrais recevoir bientôt. Un petit conseil : passez votre chemin

Absolutely disgusting, You pay for express post, Morphe itself blames Covid-19 for the delay but yet they haven’t even processed my item and I purchased 4 days ago.... Will never be buying from this brand again

Colis non reçu. Apres 15jours d’attente je me suis décidée à écrire un mail pour demander où était mon colis ?? car selon le lien du suivit il était retourné au expéditeur. 3 mails sans réponses puis finalement une personne de Morphe m’a répondu que mon colis a été renvoyer chez eux et qu’ils n’en savent pas la raison. Le problème viendrait plus du transporteur :hermès. (Cette situation est sûrement en lien avec le COVID, qui diffère par rapport à la France). finalement la dame me propose un remboursement, que j’ai reçu. Mais je ne recommanderais plus sur ce site.

Har bestilt min pakke den 19 juli og ventet over en måned nu, og har stadig ikke fået min pakke. Tror sku ikke jeg bestiller her fra igen!! 👎

I bought my palette from morphe in May and I’m still waiting for it, I’m so mad and disappointed in this company. Don’t even bother buying anything from there because they will take your money and lie about delivering your package. I’m so sad, won’t buy there ever again and won’t recommend them to anyone.
