Will never use TOEFL again, I will tell others not to. Wrote my test 24th of June , toefl ibt home edition, still no scores. They don’t respond to email, don’t answer calls, my 10th call on hold for at least 20 minutes a time . Just was told score in review. Pathetic service I just want my scores. They do not update you on anything. It’s a lot of money they just steal from people. How do we fight them?

I'd give them negative stars if I could. They are lying and cheating people left and write. I paid for an at home praxis but when I went to schedule it, ETS had blacked out the entire calender, every single month, every day. ProctorU explained that they only provide a proctor, that ETS controls the schedule. I've been calling and emailing ETS since June 30th. No one answers or responds to emails. I filed a complaint with PayPal to get my money back but in the meantime had to pay for a different praxis, out of my field that I could find at a testing center, just to get a job. When I logged in and began my test, the 210 minute test was miraculously only 150 minutes...to answer 130 English Language Arts questions write 2 essays. It also took over 4 weeks to get my scores, which I missed by 3 points. When I looked at my scores I noticed that the grading scale that is on their website wasn't applied to my exam. Taking into consideration the entire hour that was somehow removed from my exam as well as an unannounced grading change to my essays, all 10 days after I filed a complaint against them, I find it rather interesting. If you speak out, they punish you? I'm screwed now because they've informed PayPal that I got what I paid for, that my "COVID" at home praxis is scheduled for January 3, 2021. WHAT????? I didn't schedule it and they aren't even offered that far ahead. How many lies will they tell to cheat people out of money? I want to reach out to everyone else on here that has had the same experience. Did you know ETS has already been sued, more than once?

I had been in constant touch with the customer representative through live chat, and all I am getting is NO RESPONSE just like all the reviewers down below. A one star rating just shows so much. And honestly they have done absolutely nothing about this. Hundred mails yet not a single response. Keep up the good work of stealing people's money.

Save money, take IELTS or PTE instead! Revenue is important, but being greedy is not the way for a giant company with multi-million revenue yearly. First, I was convinced to change my exam from the one in the test center to Special Home Edition and they claimed "it's the same". Now, AU and NZ don't accept it, but nobody cares.

My test appointment was cancelled one day prior to the task actually taking place. I couldn‘t take the test and I‘m not able to reschedule it. The money won‘t be refunded. ETS is a highly unethical company in a corrupt oligopolistic market.

i am so mad and disappointed !! My Special Home Edition was not possible due to technical problems, the technical support was useless. I've been waiting for an answer since june. In the hotline, I am referred to the email. In June I wanted a full refund, this email is ignored too! Just stay away from this rip-off!

Worst. Company. Ever. They simply take your money and then it is impossible to get in touch with them. Tried to take the toefl home edition twice but had technical issues. Tried to book the test in a test center but it is impossible to get hold of someone so that I don't end up paying the fee twice. Have been queing in their online chat for hours and when it was finally my turn to start a live chat with an agent "the connection got lost".

I have used TOEFL ibt Special Home Edition test twice and both times ETS has lost my Speaking component of the test which I only managed to figure out via a phone call to the USA. My scholarship to the USA entirely depends on the receipt of the test results which I have never received. It is utterly unbelievable and absolutely unacceptable. I mean, I can probably understand if there's a technical glitch once but not TWO TIMES! It has been 50 days since I took the first TOEFL test at home and I am still being kept in the limbo waiting for some sort of explanation from ETS. The only thing I heard from them is that they are sorry. They charge money for their services but they miserably fail to fulfill their obligations and mess out the lives of people who depend on the results of the test.
