Disgusting company. We paid £523 per ticket to attend the Tyson Fury vs. Usyk fight. However, the fight was postponed, and both DAZN and Saudi released statements indicating that original ticket holders would be refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to attend the new dates due to other commitments, but we have been informed that no refund can be issued. Moreover, we have now received the tickets, each with a price tag of £21, despite our initial payment of £523 per ticket, plus an additional £165 handling fee per ticket. Stay clear of this company; their customer service is awful.

The price is a ripoff, 3 times more than the market price, and the seats are the worst for the price paid. The worst value for the money. Not recommended

Awful experience with this company. Coming from the United States and purchased these tickets many months in advanced. I purchased the highest tier possible and the tickets that were delivered had obstructed views. It was clear this ticket broker forgot or possibly doesn’t have the connections to secure great seats in France. Also appeared as though he forgot as I had to inquire several times if my tickets would be delivered. I have been to the greatest sporting venues in the world and have never experienced worse service or value for the money.

TSO tickets purchased for center arena @$135 each and paid for that through etickets.com. When Ticketmaster sends tickets out, I have been placed on the side and tickets listed at $67 in this section. eticket.com refused to refund the cost difference but graciously did refund one of the $29 service fees. Their claim is closer to stage, my claim was looking at center not side and double value paid for.

Spent well above face value of tickets (2300 GBP for a €950 ticket) BEFORE the very hefty 'handling fee' for category 1 seats. No seat number given at time of purchase. Only received seat numbers a few days prior to event which turned out to be on very edge of Cat 1. They were more Cat 2 than Cat1.

Do not use this company. They do not provide tickets as advertised. Was supposed to get tickets for AJ v Usyk fight 3 weeks before the fight.. never arrived. Constantly fobbed off with promises of delivery dates that were never met. Tc’s & C’s say they can provide you with tickets up to 24 hours before the event! Go figure.. I have wasted a lot money with these crooks. They are are a tin pot scam company based in South Africa to avoid UK law.

I will never buy tickets off this company again. They have broken many a promise to refund money for tickets that did not exist. I would not recommend using this company after my bad experience.
