Incredible products and even better Customer Service Support Team (Timothy). ETHOS is our "go-to" company for maintaining the appearance of our fleet.

I purchased the Interior Detailer that claims to clean without streaks and greasiness. The website also says it has a 30 day money back guarantee. I used the product for the first time just before the 30 day cut off and it produced major streaks on my dashboard. I used it exactly as suggested by spraying it into a clean microfiber cloth then applying it to my dashboard. I sent the customer service team an email with photos explaining the issue and they refuse to give me my money back.

I used the Resist spray last time I washed. It goes on exactly as described. My car still feels really smooth and has a great shine. Since it's been only a couple weeks, I don't know how long it will last, but Ethos was right about application and appearance, so I'll assume it will last as long as they say

I've used other Graphene products in the past with less than stellar results. I figured I would give the Ethos Resist a try, I'm extremely happy with the results I'm experiencing. My vehicle is extremely glossy and super slick. I've washed the car a couple times since applying the Resist and the water just beads up and runs right off. This stuff is very easy to apply and returns great results.

This is absolutely not true. They are making it sound like I was lying. When the applicators was not available, I was told to wait a week and I'd receive a new tracking number. I did so and did not receive anything until I emailed them. They then issued to order to replace the items not sent previously(Shipped two separate shipments because out of stock items). After that, I received the shipment and the applicators we're missing from the order. After sending two rounds of photos for "proof", they gave me the 6.90 as a replacement, but no amount to cover the shipping, therefore leaving the shipping to me on a mistake they made. To resolve it, they refunded the 6.90 to my card. I never received applicators from Ethos and bought them somewhere else. They only issued me a refund for the items I NEVER received. So no, I did not get the item at all and only received the refund because I did not receive them.
