I was sent interior cleaner instead of leather cleaner. The wheel cleaner did not work as advertised. The customer service was excellent.I have the graphene ceramic coating and tire shine that works great.

Excellent communication with Company! (from to start to after receiving the products) Application video very helpful! Suggestions: 1. be more clear on what product does what. Seems a bit confusing, trying to figure out what to use, and when. 2. Be more clear on the method of application (Resist product); side to side, circular, etc. How do you get rid of previous swirl marks (before you use the graphene product)? 3. Promos and discounts on future orders??? Sidenote: Many friends have recommended the MAXL1 product. (I'm not sure if anyone has done a comparison between your products and them.) I decided to try Ethos first, as it offered more choices of products, and was better at communications. 4. We will see how long this holds up- for an update review 6-8 months down the road. (I've only used products prior to this, that were just ceramatic Si types.) Thanks for your great customer service!

I am not sure how much I like this for our dark vehicles. Gives a great finish but the streaks and swirls are not good. On my white Bronco it work since I can see the marks.

ethos max, product seemed easy enough to apply, been on my truck for about a week, water rolls right off and the coating is very slick. my one complaint is the amount of product, I used this on a tacoma and really did not have enough product with one bottle, my opinion is that the bottles should be sized based on the rough size of the vehicle or at least some sort of guide of how much to buy. when checking out i was given the option to buy additional product at a reduced price, had i have know i wouldn't have enough that was the time to buy, but instead i found myself stretching the what i had to complete the application.

The product seems to work well and brings out the shine better than other products I have used to date. I only recently applied it so have no indication yet as to the longevity of the Resist product. The only issue I had was in the shipping of the product. It was almost a week after I ordered and the carrier still had not received the package. It was only after I contacted Ethos that it suddenly was on its way.

Slow shipping. Tracking it showed on their dock for 2 days then 5 days to get it. But it did arrive the day it was projected. Worth the wait. Turned my blah red jeep into a cherry red waterproof jeep. Very happy with the results.

I love the 2.0 ceramic coating very slick to touch and water just falls off vehicle. The resist wasn't all that good for me. You buy 2 bottle get one free. Well I think they give you third one cause it was a bad batch and they need to get rid of it.. the resist is good just hard to get off.. need a customer service to help better with your products
