Quality of matetial did not meet my expectations

Product has not been delivered but PayPal has refused to protect my payment after being a customer of PayPal for 21 years. PayPal accepted seller's tracking from Justen Trading which claimed to have delivered the product to an unspecified neighbour and unsigned for. None of our neighbours have received anything and no proof of deliver photo has been provided although requested to enable me to try and identify the neighbour it is claimed received the product. Another curious issue is the tracking shows product in USA Customs then delivered in Margate UK without going through UK Customs and in less time than the flight from any USA airport to any UK airport. There would be an additional 1 hour 15 minutes minimum from the nearest airport to Margate, so something is very wrong. Eternipeace appears to be an agent selling on behalf of Justen Trading in China so BUYER BEWARE. There are some very dodgy adverts on Facebook which appear to be scams and buyers are NOT protected by PayPal in my experience. Still same problem with the vendor asking for same info already sent and NOT providing any proof of delivery photo since it has never been delivered to me or any of our neighbours. We live in detached properties and often accept parcels for each other if the addressee is out. Reputable delivery companies take a proof of delivery photo and the actual address that it was delivered to. The product ordered was a single bra which should have been in a small enough package to be posted through our letter box since no signature was required, so there would have been no need to leave it with a neighbour. BUYER BEWARE since PayPal did not protect me from this scam site. Latest email from vendor is same as all others: Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. Since a formal complaint has been filed for this order, your case has been escalated to our Professional Dispute Resolution Team. They will review your request carefully. If you do not receive a follow-up email, please kindly check the platform's resolution center, as it means your case is being actively processed through the official platform channel. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best regards, Customer Service Team PayPal have closed the disputed payment based on false tracking information that claims the product was delivered to an unknown neighbour and NOT signed for so still do not appear to be taking any action to protect me as the buyer. Proof of delivery photo has still not been provided. DO NOT TRUST THIS SUPPLIER OR PAYPAL. I have been a user of PayPal for 21 years and will NEVER use them to make purchases in future.

It’s a beautiful bra but I’ve ordered the wrong cup I think if anything your cup size is smaller than average as DD always fits me it was very comfortable my advice would be to order a cup size above .

Took abit longer than expected to arrive but happy with my purchase

They created false urgency with 3 rapid emails to finish the transaction. Then they offered an additional 20% off. The displayed cost via PayPal did not disclose very high tax and shipping costs, which counted for 30% of the cost. I have tried to cancel immediately with the merchant and PayPal, and have received no feedback. If I don't hear back in the next couple of days, I will contact my credit card.
