Your review of our service is unfortunately not entirely full of truthful statements. As we have been in contact with you since the issue with the shipping charge was noticed and your item had shipped on the 2nd at our cost due to the technical error you have mentioned. Prior to your posting of this review, you spoke with our team via chat and they updated you yet again with the status of your item. Providing a review is something we appreciate when the true nature of the issues you may have encountered are told, positive or negative. We have done all that we can do to correct the issue for you and yet you still felt that it is necessary to write about us in a negative way. We wish you better service with your future online purchases and hope that you always have a perfect experience. In response, we have record of contact with you discussing your shipping options which you were abrupt and informed us that you would not pay for any shipping due it being a mistake on our part, we had not asked for you to pay at any point as we did see the issue was on our part. Your issue was unfortunate and we do apologize for the inconvenience, however we have done what we could to correct the issue in the best way possible for you.

Hello. We will apologize for any confusion, however our calendar option notes that the dates of delivery are estimated, not guaranteed. As an item that is ordered after business hours cannot be processed until the next business day, it may not be feasible to meet the requested date when a Friday evening purchase is made requested Monday delivery. The shipping options provided during checkout show the transit times when selecting, this allows a customer to pick the shipping option that is best suited to their needs. The Shipping and Returns page on our website does discuss this in more detail. Thank you.
