Absolutely awful service. "Instant" servers are a lie. 3 days later I had no service. I submitted a ticket within a few hours (as per their claim, they will respond within 10 minutes) and there was no response. I decided after 6 hours to just request a cancellation with a separate ticket. There was no response. Period. They never responded to either of my tickets, they automatically closed in 3 days (72 hour auto close). They would not refund me. They never set up a server. They never did ANYTHING at all. Reached out to them on twitter. Reached out to them through paypal. Had paypal reach out to them FOR me. They never responded to -anything-. And, here we are, 1 month later, after having paypal finally refund me my money, and I'm getting charged again. They claim on twitter they are under new management, but that remains to change absolutely anything and is just a front for them to continue billing people for doing nothing.

There is no way to cancel your server subscription but by filing a support ticket to do so. When I did this, I received no response and my server remained active and I continued to be billed. When I followed up two weeks later reiterating that I wanted my server closed, they closed my support ticket without any response and still did not cancel my server nor the monthly payment. Do not use this service unless you want to "cancel" your server by contacting your card company and blocking their automatic billing.

I Have delete my bad review and I am glad to say that this company has turned around and is making everything right again. Giving good fast service and great communication. It is safe to do business with them again no worries or hassle.

Eternally Billing YOU! They won't stop charging me. Its been 6 months, I had to call the bank and put a STOP. Word of advice, never work with a hosting company that doesn't have a phone number. I have learned they can close your support ticket without ever responding! Shameful.

Server stopped working I open a support ticket they never got back to me.

While offering good pricing, the lack of support and relative server stability leaves much to be desired.
