I have been using Eternal Hosting for several months for Ark cluster servers. In the beginning, it was great, they were very responsive to tickets, answered my questions and walked me through everything. One day both servers went missing. I was unable to access them through the control panel. In the customer section it showed I still have 2 active servers and 2 active invoices, both paid. I tried contacting them 2 weeks ago to get one server shutdown and just keep the one, no response. I tried contacting them to find out what happened to my servers, and again, no response. They are quick to send me invoices and try to get money though. Not sure what happened to the company but if I were you, I would continue searching for a better, more reliable, hosting service. Edit: After speaking with the senior support manager I have decided to give the hosting service another shot. He said they had some issues with the support system. Hopefully it all works out!

I rented an ARK server from them and had it for several months. I had no issues with the company and the service itself was great. The server was set up immediately and canceling the service (which I only did because my group isn't playing ARK right now) was just as easy. My one and only issue I had a few times was that my settings would sometimes completely reset in the control panel. This happened probably four or five times, but eventually I learned to have a screenshot of my server settings on hand so I could fix it when it happened.

I purchased my Ark server service on 13 JAN18 at approximately 430PM PST. It is now 230AM PST on 14JAN18 and even after placing a ticket, requesting a status update on my server, attempting to contact them via Twitter and their on site text help, I have received nothing and they have not contacted me. EDIT: Was contacted at approximately 402am PST stating that their automatic system was not working and that they were setting up my server manually. I was told I would receive a 30% refund for the problems. Will update rating further upon receipt of money. EDIT 2: Received refund, updating rating to reflect that while I have so far received what I was promised, it took 10+ hours for a service that states they will have the servers up in 10-30 minutes. All buyers be aware that personnel who did contact me were courteous, and as far as I can tell, were straight forward with me.

Eternal Hosting Top-notch hosting service I purchased a server from Eternal Hosting about a month ago and I have to admit, their service exceeded my expectations. Kudos to the customer support team. They are very well-behaved and most of the time, have a quick and effective solution for your problems. Also, even for a novice like me, the setup was a breeze.
