Server was pretty good. Setup was instant and it runs pretty smooth and ping is also very good. I recommend them. A++ service.

Answer: We never got the info from Eternal Hosting that the server was going to be private, so we did not know, and could not know because that was not stated at the ordering of the game server. Eternal Hosting called this a "misunderstanding", but we call it "lack of information", we can not simply misunderstand something that we didn¨'t get info about from the beginning. You did NOT try to contact me several times, ONCE you contacted me about the issue, and TWICE about this negative review. You did get the info from me about the issue before this review was written. All info we got when we asked why the server was stopped, was that we needed to supply a server password. You never told us why. And it is NOT stated anywhere on Eternal Hostings website that the game server would be password protected. This was not wanted from us, and we were not informed about this by you. Edit: Problem is solved for now, we're still considering moving tho but we're keeping the server for the month we paid for. Support is pretty fast and sincere, the staff are humane and so will we act towards them. Rating: 2 stars Original post: They forced us to password protect our server, that was intended to stay public, why we do not know. This was NOT stated in the order of the game server (7 days to die) and thus we have cancelled all further payments/subscription and we are now looking for another host. Original rating: 1 star

I havr used Eternal servers for playing Ark and CS:Go and am impressed. There are verg few hosting providers with such quality services. The best part I like here is their awesome support system. Keep it up guyzz.

I have an Ark: Survival Evolved server with Eternal Hosting and love it. I haven't had any major issues, and the minor things that have come up have been handled quickly by their friendly support team. I highly recommend them!

This host is really for people who know what they are doing. The support was really slow and the shortest time took 2-3 hours and by that time we finally fixed what ever was wrong.

Hosting is amazing, customer service is AMAZING, overall experience is perfect. I've not had to go more than 5 minutes between opening a ticket and getting the answer I needed.
