Fast and efficient service.

SHITY SITE
This hosting site has a bad support reply sometimes they don't even reply on your message and then they just close it.and when I wanted to cancel my server I waited 3 days to get the reply and the server was just shity had problems all the times and my friends couldnt join my server and only my server not even if didn't have mods on and they just said that it was his computer that couldnt play ark even if he reinstalled everything So I don't recommend this site even if it's cheap Guys and girls don't buy here it would be a big mistake

All around great hosting services!
I bought an ARK Survival Evolved server for my and a couple of my friends. I had no issues, no lags etc. Easy setup and configuration through your browser. Also easily accessible game files.

10 hours and no contact from their team...
I purchased my Ark server service on 13 JAN18 at approximately 430PM PST. It is now 230AM PST on 14JAN18 and even after placing a ticket, requesting a status update on my server, attempting to contact them via Twitter and their on site text help, I have received nothing and they have not contacted me. EDIT: Was contacted at approximately 402am PST stating that their automatic system was not working and that they were setting up my server manually. I was told I would receive a 30% refund for the problems. Will update rating further upon receipt of money. EDIT 2: Received refund, updating rating to reflect that while I have so far received what I was promised, it took 10+ hours for a service that states they will have the servers up in 10-30 minutes. All buyers be aware that personnel who did contact me were courteous, and as far as I can tell, were straight forward with me.

I used to be a customer of Siteground …
I used to be a customer of Siteground before I thought of giving this hosting a try. I would say their hosting services are no less than siteground in any way. I have been using this hosting for around 2 months and I haven't noticed any issue. I am fully satisfied by their hosting as i have to pay less for the same services and quality that siteground was giving me.
