I used to be able to send my USD to Kraken and back with no fuss. It would take about a day. Then Kraken informed me last year that I must use Etana. All it does is add another layer of complexity, and for what? More KYC regulation? More waiting for support calls. This is merely a way for authorities to see where your money is (binance also are forced to use it in my country). I've stopped using kraken because there are better ways of funding your account without sending it to a government department first

Ticket created more than one month ago. No answer so far. Send them few reminders until now. No response. Requested to transfer my funds from Etana back to the exchange, nothing so far... Starting to think that Etana is a scam.

I’m fed up with there stupid replies when lame help. I have tried for months to wire money and nothing !! I just got off my phone with my bank and they said they don’t trust that site. Sooooo yep I’m going with my bank help. I tired 3 deposits and still waiting to be varied and months and months later. I’m wasting my time with them while others are getting rich!!! Now I need to move fast since the coin market has dropped. Sorry but I can’t wait anymore!! So slow with help and not very good help. So I’m closing my account and moving on. There are way better companies out there that work. Coin square was up and running in 30 minutes and I have bough coins way faster then waiting for these guys. SO PEOPLE RUN AWAY FROM THESES GUYS !! App slow and want everything even your first born kid to get up and running. My bank told me about coin square !! Hmmm bank wins !! BYE BUE

Poor communications, useless website. It's confounding to try to understand how it takes them so long to review an account opening request, and their customer service is so clueless that it's maddening to even try to communicate with them. I have moved on from Kraken to another exchange simply because of Etana's incompetence.

Worse thing I have ever done was to sign up with this company it has been a month now and I'm still not verified. I tried contacting support but nothing happens, no response AT ALL. They are handling personal information which is valuable to us but yet they refuse to give us updates on whether or not we will be verified. If you use this company by the time you should get verified all good cryptocurrencies are gone.

Still waiting to be verified. No response from customer service to my numerous emails ! Missing out on good buying opportunities.

I have transferred a substantial amount of money to Etana on the 07.05.2021. However, the money has never arrived at Etana. They have forwarded it to their "bank research" but I haven't heard back from them. I would advise everybody to carefully reading the reviews before using the service. (#203247) I have opened as well another ticket since the linkage to my binance account is still pending, although Binance never send me an confirmation e-mail. However no reponse their either. [17/05/2021] Since my review on the 14.05 I have not had any contact from a support specialist at Etana Custody, about the payment, as the comment from Etana Custody would suggest. Still very worried about the whereabouts of my funds. [19/05/2021] Etana Support wrote me on the 17.05 that "their bank" have identified the funds and will transfer them by EOD tomorrow [18.05.2021]. So far no funds have arrived in my account. It has been 12 days.. [20.05.2021] After asking for the wire confirmation again the funds have been transferred to my account. It's been almost two weeks..
