Excellent support service
When I first on-boarded with Etana several years ago the support service was close to non-existent. This means that their response time was between 3-4 month. Currently that has improve dramatically to a few minutes if not seconds and the matter gets resolved as well. This is why I am so happy with their service and would recommend it to anybody

The prompt response to my request to Make Funds available
The prompt response to my request to action my transfer. The communication was very professional and prompt and kept me informed that the request was received but was being actioned. Also, the exceptional speed with which the funds can be transferred from Etana into other Account.

Safe and fastest Transfert platform !!!
Hi dear Etana Custody !!! its my third deposit and Transfert with Etana to my bank account here in Ecuador, I am very happy for the fastest service and cost, Very Safe,2 days ago I suggest my wife to open account on Etana and run Transfert on the platform between Kraken and Etana , Thanks again and wish long life to Etana Custody 333% better than Bank Frick !!!
