On 14/07/21 I sent euros from my Binance account to my Etana account. They say it's instant. This is why they charge you 0,1% fee. But 5 days later I'm still waiting. The euros have still not arrived to my Etana account Binance says from their side everything is done. Etana don't reply me. What can I do? I made a ticket in english (238895) and another in spanish (239293) but still no answer!!!

I registered with Kraken in March 2021 and was turned over to these yokels for further review. Never heard a word until last week when someone from Etana apologized for the late response but needed a few corrections to the Kraken application. Three months!! I am now approved but if that is how Kraken vets it's applicants, I don't think I'll be doing business with them. Lots of crypto exchanges out there to choose from. Kraken won't be one of them.

I typically don't write reviews, but this time I am making an exception. I applied for an account and provided basically every private document you can think of. The fact that my account was not approved, with no reason, and no response from support after opening multiple tickets, is just not right. I don't mind too much that the account was not approved, but what was the reason? what would happen with all the documentation I provided? this concerns me big time and for support to be unresponsive with something so delicate is worrisome to say the least.

I have been waiting since 03/30/2021 for my bank account to be approved, but have received no response to several requests. I have not even received a ticket number. I only received "The Individual Profile 6063352440d092572ee392ac (referred by Kraken) was created."

I’ve tried 3 times to link my Binance account but no email have been received. The status is pending since almost more than 3 months. I have asked Etana to look into the matter or remove the pending request so I can submit again and try all over one more time. unfortunately, the support team is very weak. Case ID: 227252

i have opened an account with kraken and send all my info to etana for verification since 3 weeks. received no reply and the site when i log in still says we are reviewing. why do you take ages to review. either you get it done or revert back saying its impossible to open an account

I completed my application in April. It is now JUNE and I still haven't been approved. I opened a ticket and still don't have a response four days later, so I'll be looking elsewhere. I can't trust them with my money. I'm annoyed that I didn't look at reviews first.
