Wait time is very long for account to be reviewed... it's still pending. And the site will occasionally be down. Edit: Etana Support fixed the issue very quickly after this initial review was posted. Thank you

Application review is slow. It's taken 9 days still not process even support is not responding until I left a review here. Support Brian is really nice and swift, my problem has been solved within 24hr. Although, the downside of Etana is not supporting digital banks like TransferWise, N26, Revolut, etc.. Better to create an Fx account in a traditional bank if you are an EU resident and happen to have US dollars want to fund.
