Money sent and missing for over a month. Requested recall and not returned. Eventually credited. Do not use this service with being prepared to accept delays. It is unclear how this company is regulated.

Terrible product, non existent customer service. Wired money as instructed. Wire transfer was confirmed by the sending bank. Etana has not deposited funds into my account. It has been 7 days. I have submitted two support tickets, detailing the issue and providing documentation and receipts of the transfer and Etana closed both tickets with ZERO response. Company is a complete scam. Update: 9/20/21 - Etana replied back stating "your funds have been rejected and were sent back to your account." This is false and I sent back a screenshot showing the funds were deposited in their account." Seems like all part of their SCAM! They said they are doing me a courtesy by not charging me their $95 fund rejection fee. What a disgusting practice. Here is the reply email. Dear Casey, Thank you very much for providing the payment confirmation! Unfortunately, your funds have been rejected and were sent back to your account. As a courtesy, we have waived 95 USD rejection fees but all further transfers that will arrive through third-party payment provider will be a subject to 95 USD rejection fees. Currently, we are not authorized to accept Money Transfer Services, Mobile Only Banks or Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs) such as Transferwise, N26, Revolut, Monzo, Payoneer, Skrill, etc. We are looking into how to work with these banks in the future, but in the mean time, please list a traditional bank associated with a checking or savings account with your full name and current address. I applied for an account with Etana in May of 2021 so i could deposit and withdraw from my Kraken account a few months ago, and they are still reviewing my application. This is unacceptable. Obviously I found other ways to more quickly move money. I now prefer to use MVB bank, it happens much faster and it costs only $4 to withdraw USD into a separate account. I see no reason for people to use Etana.

Avoid at all cost, a month now trying to withdraw money from their "custody". Tickets are never answered in less than 5 days...

Others who were that “lucky” to attempt using Etana - hit me up via PM here or tdotmeslashdreamECT - let’s file a joint claim Colorado Division of Banking & FINRA! Tried to withdraw funds using Etana to Revolut account in GBP. It’s already been 9 days after an email with confirmation of the withdrawal and still got no money on my account. Seems like “Etana Custody” is a one-man company so there is no one to process customer support queries. Additionally it’s a pity that they more often answer to reviews here than answer urgent questions under support case. Still no money and no response. Company providing services doesn’t even have a phone number to reach them! Case #252421

I'm also feeling frustrated with the lack of communication back from customer service. I have sent funds into my account with Etana. Received an email to inform me that they have received it and for me to confirm it. I replied. Not word from them 2 days later and no funds into the account.

mon fils à fait un depot il y a 10 jours... aucune nouvelle aucune réponse du support...juste à lui re-demander sa date de naissance 3 fois.... une vraie arnaque et en plus ils sont recommandés par kraken.... bref ne pas les utiliser... c'est du vol pur et simple.
