Have never had an issue with anything other than adding a new funding account. Support said this does not automatically get flagged in their system for them to approve, which is why it sat unapproved for a few weeks. Not sure why the system is set up like that but the support for this issue was quickly handled when I asked for help

I can’t complain at all about the customer support. I have asked a lot of questions and opened at least 5 tickets And they always get back to me with an answer. Really can’t ask for anything more than that. I am completely satisfied with their support.

Initial 1 star: Absolutely 0 customer service even for existing accounts, tickets may be stuck for months, and no reminders help. I expected the service to get better over a couple years, but it rather got even worse (non existent in fact). Updated 4 stars: In fact this channel seems to be working out well for escalations. All my tickets have been resolved, appreciate the prompt attention to negative feedback. Disappointing that normal channels are left without care, but good to know that here I can get very prompt escalation, thank you.
