ETANA support is very worsed. When they team started account reviewed,I submited they ask files. And for now,They don't have any feedback email to me. I still have money by ETANA account but my account is already disabled.I try to reach out they support email,not any reply,is has been 20 days ago. PLEASE NOTICE THAT COMPANY SUPPORT IS VERY WORSED!! A horrible customer service Once the account was requested to be opened, it was rejected without giving any logical reasons (The reason for closing your account is the enhanced compliance policy restricting Etana’s ability to service certain clients), IT SHOUD BE LESS THAN ONE STAR.

My wife tried to open an account. Day 5 and no success. Support was close to non-existent and spectacularly unhelpful - when it was eventually forthcoming. Support doesn't seem to understand what their own website is doing. What should be a simple process made extremely difficult. Still not accomplished.

J'ai fait un transfert de Kraken vers Etana (a la demande de Kraken) puis de Etana sur mon compte Singapour. qui avait déja fonctionné auparavant ... ne voyant rien bouger sur le compte, j'ai créé des tickets, les réponses étaient d'attendre. puis j'ai reçu un message me demandant d'envoyer les coordonnées de la banque en PDF plus un statement, plus mes infos fiscales etc .... et de les communiquer dans cet email sans sécurité. j'ai vérifié en me connectant sur mon compte ETANA, je me suis aperçu que mon compte avait été effacé et que mon virement n'existait plus ... aucune nouvelle ... je suis en train de perdre (ou de me faire voler) 4.900€ .... sans recours possible ... Kraken me disant qu'ils ne sont pas responsables ....

Alors déja pour crée un compte c'est un enfer. Ensuite les frais de virements sont terribles: Si vous voulais retirer 932€ de votre compte etana vers votre compte bancaire il vous restera 896€

It might be me as Etanas process is not straightforward. It took weeks to register and find funds transferred from Kraken until Kraken contacted Etana my Etana account was zero.Then to transfer and get my Australian bank approval took a few more days and although I thought I’d instructed to withdraw funds it took a few more days until I finally received advise that my funds were transferred. Let’s wait and see if they finally arrive. It’s been two days , but I remain hopeful.

For non-english speaking countries etana KYC process is extremely unfriendly or maybe consider horrible. In these countries obtain English billing statement from bank is not possible, also get even get English version utility bill. Finding qualify translation agency and get notorized is harsh for most of people in remote area. I go back and forth more than a month.
