Like all financial institutions it takes a while to complete the KYC clearances, but the support people are great. They usually respond within a day or two. I have been happy with their warm and intelligent responses. No chat bots here. They are opening a branch in Colorado, USA. That should make transfers even easier. Although some transfers from Germany to Etana are completed within 1 day.

I uploaded verification documents and redacted the account information by mistake. Customer service requested a reupload. Once documents were uploaded customer service replied within 45 mins approving account for full trading. Great security features as well. ACH bank transfers is a needed addition on exchange. I hope this is added soon

I expected my verification process to be thorough. I would expect nothing less from a custodial institution. I had all my documents ready in advance. The time elapsed from hitting "send" to the time I received my confirmation was less than 24 hours. I was impressed with how quickly Etana processed my application.

Since I opened an account my experience has been very good. From the time of opening the account being approved and all being set has been quiet seamless and prompt.

I am editing my review because Etana Custody reached out and sorted out my problem. A person from the support team reached out and within a very short time the issue was sorted out. I do believe that they have a backlog and they are trying all they can to sort out their clients issues. At this point, I would recommend Etana Custody.
