I am usually a pain of a customer
I am usually a pain of a customer, and this has been very personalized. The follow-up is impeccable. Hope you always stay this way, hoped Kraken was like this and not just all read and do yourself, there are some of us that appreciate, personalized service when needed and not AI bots, that are very far from that. Actually, this request was the first after this there have been more and great so far, the response time is amazing too. Thank you.

Institutional onboarding is DOABLE & FAIR…
I honestly do not understand why or how people have had issues with ETANA. As someone who is neurodiverse, needs extended time, needs explanation.. Ive received it years ago and now. My partner and I cannot wait to join ETANA not just because of the custodian services but the people behind the screen. Maybe people will see this and ask for accommodations if needed, but there is no way I could say anything bad about people who have wanted equal representation in their corporation. I think many of us in the space maybe good with numbers but overwhelmed with paperwork: articulate your worry and/or concern. If you are a well intended, ethical business person than I believe you will be given equitable treatment. This company is not trying to harm but help. If you’re well intended, disregard the negative. They’ve upgraded their API & they happily are working with someone who requires accommodations. Thank you ETANA

All Support Should Be Like This
I had a few issues getting up and running. Contacted support and had nothing but positive contact. 2fa issue , resolved quickly, deposit was seemless, and linking my kraken account was resolved.
