Etana is the most inefficient company ever. How can they manage people's money and being so irresponsible? I feel really guilty after recommending a friend to use Kraken and they ended up with this nightmare called Etana. My friend has been trying to make a simple money transfer from a Singaporean Bank to Etana and it has been simply impossible. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN.

Fed up with Etana. Issues every time o have to use it via Kraken. Still waiting for an explanation as to why a withdrawal I made over 3 weeks ago never arrived in my bank account, and they say got returned. They’ll just reply to you saying they are looking into it for 2 weeks solid and never contact you with information. Essentially they have my money, and as far as I can see aren’t giving it to me. Oh and they have charged me 35 GBP for the failed transaction. Ticket number 14342

I wrote a ticket #14205 - replied with a stupid answer that they would look at it but did nothing else - it's just a terrible company write about 3-5 days of enrollment - and enroll in 15 days - cool speed is just super

terrible system - 1. technical support is responsible for a very long time ( you can answer in a week ) and then either basic or stupid answer 2. SEPA Deposit usually done in 1 max 2 days but they have 3-5 days that is simply a lie 3. Sent Deposit a large amount - support only replied after a week saying that you have error deposit and the money will come back in the end, the money is not returned generally a terrible system - run from her Ticket ID 13767 Ticket ID 12521

Very bad customer support and slow processing of deposits. All SEPA transaction from my bank are processed and received same day, but after 2 days still no deposit credited. No answer on my support ticket after 2 days UPDATE 23/09/2020: By now the problem is still not solved and I have no idea where my money is. Got some incompetent support response on Friday last week, but since then no further information. I need to consider to activate my lawyer

What a waste of time, they have no customer service whatsoever to contact them with any issue and you're ending up waiting ages for a simple confirmation code to your email for the sign up. What a joke of company.. UPDATE: the reply is ''I've requested additional information about your experience.. If you provide them i can look into the issue'' --> the only details I am actually asked to provide were: Ref no (which was none), full name, phone no. I have no clue how they're able to extract information about the experience from those requested details. Needless to say more about they're efficacy and understanding. LOL UPDATE: more wasted time with these.. REPLY: My name you find it here, for my email address there's no tab in your useless form to fill in. If you'd read my review properly, you'd notice that. I didn't get past the sign up process before I became suspicious. WHY TF DO YOU NEED SO MUCH INFORMATION? Seriously? My level of education is required to have an account with you? Political Declaration?? Luckily I smelled scam and came to read these reviews. Whoever is running this as others have mentioned are not accredited and clearly after your data.

they took over a month to verify my identity and made me do it twice they changed their google authenticator without informing me the took over 2 weeks to verify my bank account and now i have sent the money they are not crediting my account and after an exaustive amount of e mails that they dont reply too i still have a zero balance no one is telling me where my funds are and i am missing my bitcoin buy opertunity and to top it all they charge more than banks to use their service
