My experience with them was satisfying and limited up to now as I have just passed their KYC process. I only am giving them 4 instead of 5 stars just because i don;t know them well yet. Should i know them better and see that they re behaving the way they did up to now, i would come back and give them 5 stars. My experience from the so many KYC i have been passing online, tells me that they deal it with it in a professional yet flexible manner overcoming issues that "extreme" adherence to the rule of law would raise unnecessary bureaucracy!

I won't lie - this is not the quickest or easiest application to complete. It takes a fair amount of work. You have to submit quite a few documents, so be prepared to persevere. But this is where the team made it tolerable. They will help you out by keeping track of the documents you need and helping you with specific questions. They answer promptly and give detailed responses.
