I have the same issue as many others. I submitted my info for account review on Feb 14th. I submitted a ticket Feb 28th and now March 8th there is still no update and ticket 120480 is has yet to be looked at.

Long waiting time I have been waiting for around 2 weeks now for a review on my application however I heard nothing yet. I did not even get a ticket number like I see everyone else here - only thing I can see now is: "Thank you. We are reviewing your information. We are reviewing your information and will notify you when your account is approved." How long more do I have to wait?

Still waiting under review, another unhappy (yet to become) customer. For any Etana staff listening, clearly you are losing countless numbers and in doing so losing business for your partner Kraken because you take far too long to review, and provide very little support or information. It should not take weeks of email tickets to get a response or a result. Look at the reviews across the board, look at the way people are moving to crypto, look at the potential opportunity here. People need your service, and your letting us down. And like many others I'm quite happy to go straight across to a different service without this nonsense and trade my hard earned money with something that works.

I decided to begin investing in cryptocurrency several weeks ago and, after some research, selected Kraken as my preferred crypto exchange because of their great reviews on several cryptocurrency sites. In order to fund my Kraken account, I simultaneously applied for an account with Etana Custody. After several days, my application was approved by Kraken. However, no doubt because I am a very small retail investor, I'm still awaiting approval by Etana. Like others, I received a random email from them soliciting my patience as they are currently experiencing longer approval times, but since then I have received no updates on the status of my application. The poor service and lack of communication has proven to be extremely frustrating.

It's been 2 weeks since I uploaded everything they asked of me. I was using this to trade on Kraken and now I regret giving them this info because they seem to have done nothing with it. There are some very good cryptocurrency plays I could have made, but Kraken will not let me on until Etana finishes doing whatever it is that they're doing. edit: responding to Etana's response: they will not let me leave my email addr through here and I really don't know how else to get hold of you. I have no ticket #, Kraken sent me to Etana Custody and I uploaded documents 3 weeks ago now. I think Kraken is a scam. Even when I worked FOR THE GOVERNMENT, my verification did not take this long! It's infuriating because I keep seeing the "we're still reviewing your account message" every time I log in. It shouldn't take this long to verify my identity. I KNOW I'm a U.S. citizen, I KNOW my passport is real, and I KNOW I have no criminal record. What's the hold-up?? I'm missing out on making good market bets and I'm regretting ever signing up with Kraken!
