I created an individual profile on March 5. On April 22 I am still awaiting my profile to be verified. I have submitted a follow up request on March 19 - I received a response on March 22 that they are taking some extra time but my account will be forwarded to support specialists. I requested a follow up again on April 16, which has received no response. At this point even a rejection of my verification documents would be some progress. I don't understand how this can possibly take a month. Buyer beware, if you can find another way to move your money, it will be much faster. ticket numbers 141663 and 172303, if anyone at Etana cares to actually move this matter forward.

Can't get the application to load with any browser. Tried for days!

Submitted my application 3 weeks ago and nothing has been updated ever since.

I only started to apply because of the connection with Kraken as an option to fund, but after going through a process of identifying that's seems way more than any government job I have worked for, I stopped in the middle of the application and decided to look up reviews to see if this whole process would be worth it. Nah, changed my mind.

I applied for an account two months ago and the status still says that they are reviewing my information.

Over 40 days and counting and my account is STILL not approved. You are high if you think I will use this service if you can't approve an account in FORTY DAYS!!! Ticket 117586

I have decided to close my account before approval. The wait can't be worth it. No serious company disrespects their clients by not answering service requests and not following industry standards of swift, albeit thorough, due diligence. Not worth my time nor money.
