I had a challenge with my 2FA for logging into my account and I received a prompt and very helpful support to address the challenge successfully. I received similar support during account opening when my local bank requested an official correspondence from Etana . My experience with their customer care service so far has been very satisfactory.

Honestly I have only had good experiences with the people at Etana. I am not a tech savvy person and so I was quite the headache when I first started out and the people were really patient with me.
